Consider offering a larger down payment. Sellers are looking for dependable people to purchase. Also, if you are a move-up buyer, try selling your home before you buy a new one.
DON’T LOSE YOUR DEAL
Try to get more than one pre-approval in case one of them falls through. Know the value of the home before you make an offer and try to make a larger down payment than you have to.
