“I just don’t have time for that today – I’m too busy – maybe tomorrow!”

Have you ever said that or at least thought it?  Of course you have – sometimes I have those thoughts when it comes to writing a blog!
I think the key to anything is just do a little bit everyday and you will accomplish whatever you want accomplish.  Remember that old saying – “how do you eat an elephant – one bite at a time”? It also applies to keeping your house clean – every single day!
As they say on Family Feud – survey says!  Ok, I just got distracted and lets look at a quick Steve Harvey hosting Family Feud:
Ok, on to our blog!

1.  MAKE YOUR BED

Yes, your parents were right – make your bed!  And this goes for the kids too.  Your bedrooms will look much better and really, how long does it take?

2.  IF YOU TAKE IT OUT, YOU PUT IT AWAY

Well, that sounds simple enough.

3.  EVERYDAY PICK A ROOM

Huh?  What I am saying here is clean one room a day.  On Monday’s clean the dining room. Vacuum the floor and dust the furniture and save the kitchen for Tuesday!

4.  LOOK AT THE MAIL EVERYDAY

And don’t just look at it while you set it on the table.  Open it up and for those things that can be recycled  right away – recycle them.  For those items that need to be shredded, shred them!  And yes, for those bills that need to be paid – pay them!

5.  WASH THE DISHES

Or at least put them in the dishwasher to be washed.  For those items that aren’t dishwasher safe or you don’t put them in the dishwasher – wash them!  It won’t take you but 5-10 minutes tops! And for goodness sake – make sure you rinse out the sink after washing the dishes (I admit, I have been bad about this one but my wife continues to hope…)

6.  WIPE OFF THE COUNTERS

Lysol wipes are really popular at our house.  If not a wipe, then at least a clean sponge works great!

Kurt has developed a unique system designed to turn renters into homeowners. Unlike most Realtors his initial focus is on the financial end of the transaction. This dynamic has allowed him to develop more buyers that were not previously in the market, which in turn leads to more listings being sold. While Kurt is constantly tweaking his programs to meet the needs of his clients, he is ever mindful that a home is not sold without a buyer. More times than not, a buyer that he turned into a homeowner.
